MacPhail Residence
Healdsburg, CA - Completed 2003
This project was an extensive remodel of an 1,800 square foot ranch style home for a winemaker and his family. The main design challenge was to relocate the kitchen to an area of the house that would make it suitable for entertaining and hosting wine events, while taking advantage of pastoral views and improving access to the back yard.
In 2008 a small production winery was added to the property. Refer to the MacPhail family commercial project for additional information.
