Napa Valley Commercial and Residential Architect

Environmentally responsive design and producing fine wine defines the great passions of architect Ron Verdier AIA, principal of Verdier Architects. Ron’s philosophy of stewardship, credibility, and value are informed by both by his international experience, California experience, and his life as a rural architect and farmer. Each phase of the design and production of a fine building project must take into account sustainable best practices for site analysis, climate, energy conservation, appropriate materials, life cycle costs, and the impact of construction on the environment.

Just as in Ron’s own vineyard, every aspect of the design and construction processes is hands-on, carefully developed to produce successful results of both short and long term value to the client. Ron’s expanding list of successfully completed projects, satisfied clients, and established builder relationships provides substantial proof of his credibility as a Napa Valley residential architect and local businessman.

The Napa Valley's Residential Architect

Inspired by the rural lifestyle and a lifelong interest in farming, Ron moved to the Northern San Francisco Bay Area in 1999. In addition to his work, he excercises his commitment to public service and community involvement as a board member of the Anderson Valley Housing Association for 10 years and past president, a local non-profit providing low-income and farm worker housing. Ron is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and served as president of the Redwood Empire Chapter in 2010.
